The Pearl procedure is a thermal peel laser treatment that reduces fine wrinkles, uneven texture and solar damage with fewer treatments and less downtime.

• During treatment, a very thin portion of the skin is removed. A thermal effect occurs simultaneous to all or part of the remaining epidermis at a controlled depth. This creates a natural protective dressing on the skin in order to minimize downtime.
• A full facial treatment takes approximately 20 minutes. Some minor discomfort may occur as the skin will look and feel sunburned. After three or four days, the thermally damaged epidermal tissue will peel or slough off, revealing fresh and healthy skin underneath. Your skin must be kept moist for the first three to five days after treatment.
• Most patients will experience the best results after one or two treatments.
